Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. The short version
- Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly to your account.
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; you keep your benefits until the end of the paid period. A charge can be refunded within 14 days if you haven’t materially used the paid features since it was made.
- Crown packs: refundable within 14 days as long as the Crowns are unspent. Once Crowns are spent, the purchase is final.
- Something broken or missing? We fix it or refund it — always.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you ask within 14 days of a subscription charge (first purchase or renewal) and you have not materially used the paid features since that charge, we refund it in full.
- If we permanently withdraw a paid feature that was a core part of your tier, you can ask for a proportional refund of the remaining period.
3. Crown packs
- Crowns are delivered to your account immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you ask for immediate delivery of this digital content.
- You can request a refund of a Crown pack within 14 days of purchase, provided the Crowns from that pack are still unspent.
- Once you spend Crowns from a pack, your legal right of withdrawal for that pack lapses and the purchase becomes final. Spent Crowns cannot be refunded.
- Crowns earned through gameplay (prizes, grants) have no purchase price and are not refundable.
4. Faulty or missing purchases
If a purchase doesn’t arrive, arrives broken, or isn’t what was described — tell us. We will restore the purchase, credit the missing Crowns, or refund you, whichever puts it right. This applies regardless of the 14-day windows above.
5. How to request a refund
Use the contact form from the email address on your account, and include roughly when you bought it and what you bought. We reply within a few business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
If your purchase was made through an authorised merchant-of-record reseller (such as Paddle), the reseller is the seller of record and may issue the refund directly under its own buyer terms — contacting us still works: we will route the request for you.
If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always fix it faster than a chargeback can.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection law of the country where you live, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services, which this policy is designed to meet or exceed.
